Renee loves calling the Finger Lakes Region home. It’s a beautiful part of the world, and living in Canandaigua for the past 23 years means she and her husband Chris get to happily live in the heart of it all.

Renee grew up in a little town called York, just west of Geneseo and considers herself lucky and appreciative of the area and its natural beauty.

After an 18-year career in customer service at Kodak, Renee and her husband ventured into their own business in the form of a Bed & Breakfast on North Main St in Canandaigua. For 16 years, Bella Rose B&B was their dream come true, from a total renovation that they personally did for seven years (yup, that’s right) to running it for the next nine. Everyone who walked through the front door had an interesting story to tell and it was a ton of fun for her to not only meet people from all over the world, but also create friendships that have lasted to this very day. And when it came time to sell, they relied on Chad & Karey to walk them through the entire process. That was the beginning of a great relationship!

Renee is excited to become a member of the Brix and Maven Realty Group as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She loves to work hard, learn new skills and brag about the region, so being part of the team should prove to be a perfect fit! She has always enjoyed people from all walks of life, and looks forward to helping those new to the area as well as "locals" achieve their goal in finding THEIR dream home or selling it to experience a new life chapter. Having lived in homes both new and old, she believes that will only help her help you that much more. She looks forward to beginning this next great adventure and to meeting lots of interesting people along the way!

Aside from working, Renee – a HUGE Buffalo Bills fan - also enjoys cooking, baking, enjoying Finger Lakes wines and spending time with family. After a long-awaited wedding FINALLY becoming reality in 2021, her son and new daughter-in-law are expecting their first child and everyone is very excited. Soon there will be a granddaughter to spoil! And, as the oldest of four, Renee has three brothers and sisters-in-law, along with eight nieces and nephews, some who live as close as the other side of the lake. Her Mom is also close by in Lima so there’s always plenty of family around to keep things active and busy!
